FULDIEN LI (on leave), founder and managing attorney of Li and Partners, admitted to the Taiwan Bar, received a Master of Law degree from Soochow University and a Ph.D. in Law from Chinese Culture University. During his academic career, he has been a visiting scholar at Yale Law School. He is the founder and the dean of the Law School of Shih Hsin University.He served as Commissioner, Committee of Appeal Affairs, the Consultancy Member, Appeal Review Board of Procurement of the Public Construction Commission Executive Yuan, Consultancy Member of The Board of Procurement, The Public Work Bureau of Taipei City Government, legal adviser to the Ministry of Transportation and Communication, and Ministry of Education and the China External Trade Development Council, and he is an arbitrator with the Commercial Arbitration Association ROC. He is also the Arbitrator of China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commision. He has published more than eighty legal treatises, articles and commentaries. Professor Li's areas of practice include maritime, insurance, international trade, transnational investment, IPR enforcement, trademark, and legal matters related to Mainland China.

| RONG-DAR WU, admitted to the Taiwan Bar, received his LL.B. from Chinese Culture University. He is a part-time lecturer of the Law School of Shih Hsin University. Mr. Wu has been served as the legal counsel for Taipei Social Bureau, Northern District Service Center for Women, and has actively involved in pro bono works and counseling for the abused women. Mr. Wu specialized in land-related legal disputes, intellectual property, and civil as well as criminal litigations. |
